Kunal Saini is an accomplished legal professional with a strong foundation in International Law. He earned his LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and later pursued an LLM at the prestigious Graduate Institute Geneva (IHEID). Kunal's career path has been marked by remarkable achievements.

He began his journey by assisting the bench at the Supreme Court of India, honing his legal acumen and research skills. His journey then led him to the International Law Commission in Geneva, where he further expanded his expertise in international legal matters. Notably, Kunal was a valuable team member on a UNCTAD project, which issued critical guidelines to member states concerning International Investment treaties during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beyond his international roles, Kunal is engageareas of J&K. He serves as a Trustee of Stephens Group of Institutions. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing the governance and management of these educational institutions, ensuring their adherence to academic standards and regulations.
